Avaya spaces is Avaya's cloud-based collaboration tool – it has been designed to increase productivity and ease collaboration in the modern office. Spaces combines your online meeting tool with your video conferencing, voice, messaging, file sharing and more. The Avaya Spaces Dashboard allows access to all these features from a singe screen (Dashboard).

• Cloud Spaces: Want to start a project-oriented chat group with selected colleagues? Want to be able to share files and have a video call from with-in that chat? All this and more is possible, just start your own Avaya space. You can add or remove chat members as you wish and pick up where you let off whenever you want by simply re-entering the space.
• Chat: The chat feature allows you to communicate quickly and simply with colleagues on any device – all with the security you would expect from a business app. Keep going, even when you are not online.
• Meet: Face-to-face HD definition audio, video, and content sharing make Avaya Spaces the perfect tool for holding online meetings. With spaces you can hold a meeting on any device and from any location. There is a phone dial in option available, with local access in 40 countries.
• Organise: The days of searching through your email or multiple apps for the latest files or updates from your team are over. Simply post the files and/or messaging on your goal orientated space.
• Manage: Organise your workforce by coordinating work across teams. Assign tasks and track the progress of your projects.
